Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the merchandise in its original packaging or a secure mailer to ensure it arrives back at our studio safely.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely fix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Relax

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
